If your package has been delayed or lost in transit, please contact USPS directly. We are not responsible for any issues regarding shipping once we have shipped the items & we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement. We suggest to file a claim with USPS or call them directly for the quickest resolution:
USPS usually returns packages back to the original sender due to a variety of reasons including but not limited to:
-wrong shipping address
-recipient not present at time of delivery
-shipping address non existent
-recipient sent package back to us
If the package has returned back to us due to customer error (wrong shipping address, not present for delivery) then we will charge another shipping fee to resend the items back to you. We will not resend the package if shipping fee isn't paid.
While our jewelry is high quality, we do understand that accidents happen and jewelry may break occasionally. Returns will only be accepted for a refund if the item/s are damaged upon arrival or if the item/s break within 5 days of delivery indicated by tracking number. We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing or simply not loving the item, so please be sure you have the correct item picked out! Photo evidence is required for all returns.
We will not replace or refund orders that have been damaged by USPS during the shipping process.
