All our jewelry is 100% handmade to order. We craft the jewelry once your order has been placed. Please note that we are a small business so handcrafted items may take time (but worth the wait!)
We use USPS to ship all orders. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, plus shipping times will be displayed as well. You do not need to place an order to see shipping costs - just fill out your info at checkout and you'll see which shipping options are available to you. If you do not want to place the order, you can just navigate back to the previous pages or exit out of the webpage entirely.
Please allow 1-4 business days for crafting and handling.
Preorder items may take up to 6 weeks to ship. We will ALWAYS indicate that an item is on preorder in the item description so be sure to read the descriptions! :)
Unfortunately no cancellations allowed for preorder items.
We are not responsible for any missing or damaged packages due to an error by USPS. Please file a claim directly with USPS for the quickest resolution. Furthermore, please contact your local post office for delivery questions. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees upon delivery. Please refer to your country's custom rules + regulations before placing an order if you are concerned about customs fees! Thank you.
Every order will receive an automatic email with a tracking number. Please be sure you have entered your email correctly as that is our main form of contact with you! You can also track your order on our website.
If your package has been delayed or lost in transit, please contact USPS directly. We are not responsible for any issues regarding shipping once we have shipped the items & we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement. We suggest to file a claim with USPS or call them directly for the quickest resolution:
