  • How long will it take to receive my order?
All our jewelry is 100% handmade to order. We craft the jewelry once your order has been placed. We use USPS to ship all orders. Shipping times will vary depending on the item, please see below:

Standard Shipping
Crafting & Handling: 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping & Transit: 3-5 business days  (excluding weekends and holidays)
International
Standard Shipping
Crafting & Handling: 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping & Transit: 2-8 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • How can I track my order?
Every order will receive an automatic email with a tracking number.
  • What if my order is lost in the mail?
We are not responsible for any missing or damaged packages due to an error by USPS. Please file a claim directly with USPS for the quickest resolution. Furthermore, please contact your local post office for delivery questions. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. 
  • I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
If the order has not been shipped yet, please email us immediately to correct the error. However, if the order has been shipped to the wrong address, we will charge another shipping fee to reship the items. We will NOT reship or refund the items without the shipping fee paid.
