Return & Exchange Policy
All items on our website are eligible for returns. However we do not accept returns for choosing the wrong item or simply changing your mind, as all items are made-to-order for you! The following reasons are accepted for returns:
- issue with item quality
- incorrect item received
Please submit your return requests within 3 weeks of receiving the item/s. If the return is due to a quality issue, please submit photo evidence of the item as well. Once you submit your return request, you will receive email confirmation of approval within 1-3 business days along with a prepaid shipping label. The refund amount will go back to your original payment method once we receive your return. Please note your funds may take several business days to process and reflect on your bank statement depending on the bank - this is normal and no cause for worry!

All items on our website are eligible for exchanges except for custom-made items. We are happy to exchange any item with another of your choosing with the following conditions:
- requested item(s) needs to be in stock at the time of exchange request
- requested item(s) needs to be equal or lesser value than original item at the time of exchange request
Once we receive your original item(s), we will ship out your exchange item(s) free of charge. Please note that the customer is responsible for their shipping costs during exchanges.
